From 5 to 5,000 units, every order matters to us. We also support prototyping to help you refine and test your designs before scaling up.

Because air filters are often a component of larger assemblies—such as air purifiers, electronics cabinets, and other equipment—we understand the importance of on-time delivery to keep your production on schedule.

Air Filter Frames

We offer full sheet metal capabilities, including:

  • Shearing, lasering, punching, braking, welding, and powder coating
  • Fabrication of large and wide frames with ease
  • Materials including aluminum, steel, galvanized steel, and expanded metals—most with inherent corrosion resistance

For applications that do not require metal framing, we also provide industrial sewing capabilities.  Filter media can be serged or finished with binding to create a thicker, more durable, and flexible air filter.

Common Types of Air Filter Media

We have extensive experience with both pleated and flat filter media:

  • Electrostatic Polypropylene – Non-porous, washable, reusable, and permanent. Resists mold, bacteria, and fungi. Common in telecom and HVAC.
  • HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) – Removes up to 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 µm. Ideal for healthcare, clean environments, and flood restoration.
  • Polyester – Reliable for general dust capture and pre-filtration. Washable with a shorter lifespan than polypropylene.
  • Foam (Polyurethane) – Open-cell, versatile, and used in room air conditioners, heavy equipment cabins, and as a pre-filter.
  • Carbon – Targets VOCs and odors. Common in agriculture and fume extraction.
  • Bonded Aluminum Mesh – Multiple slit layers create baffle-like surfaces to capture grease and dust. Used in electronics and commercial kitchen ventilation.
