ACI Manufacturing has been producing quality custom air filters for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and industrial customers since 1984. We are centrally located in Claremore, OK, USA. We manufacture sewn and fabricated air filters according to your unique design.

Air filters are typically a component of larger assembled equipment like air purifiers or electronic cabinets. We understand that our deliveries need to be on time so that your production is on schedule.
We have full sheet metal capabilities including shearing, lasering, punching, braking, welding and powder coating. Large and wide air filter frames are no problem for us. Typical raw materials include aluminum, steel, galvanized steel and expanded metals. Most all of these raw materials provide corrosion resistance.
We also have industrial sewing capabilities. Some air filter applications do not require the strength of a metal frame. We take care to melt the edges of sewn air filters to reduce fraying and extend the life of the filter.
We have experience with many types of air filer media, both pleated and flat.
Polypropylene. Electrostatic polypropylene is made from non-porous filament which will not absorb or retain moisture. It resists mold, bacteria and fungi. Electrostatic polypropylene is considered washable, reusable and permanent. Applications are wide from telecom equipment to general HVAC systems.
HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air filter). HEPA media can remove up to 99.97% of dust, pollen, mold, bacteria and other airborne particles down to a size of 0.3 microns (µm). HEPA media is typically used in applications that require extremely clean air. Examples include healthcare and flood restoration.
Polyester. Polyester is a good media for general dust and debris capture. It is generally used in low air flow applications. Often, it is used as a pre-filter to increase the life of primary air filters. Polyester is washable, but has a shorter lifespan compared to electrostatic polypropylene.
Foam. Polyurethane foam is a versatile and open-cell media. It is generally used in room unit air conditioners and heavy equipment cabins. Foam can also be used as a pre-filter.
Carbon. Carbon is a media that is used when VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) and odors need to be removed. Carbon is generally used in agriculture and fume extraction applications.
Bonded Aluminum Mesh. Bonded aluminum mesh contains several layers of aluminum slit mesh to create hundreds of baffle-like surfaces. It is used to filter grease and dust. Applications are wide from electronic equipment to restaurant range hoods.
